Requirements
- Confident use of task tracking tools: Yandex Tracker, Notion, Asana, or Jira.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams: developers, designers, QA, SMM, and marketing.
- Strong soft skills: meeting facilitation, expectation management, conflict resolution, and healthy team dynamics.
- Practical knowledge of Agile approaches, including Kanban and Scrum.
Will Be A Plus
- Experience managing several projects in parallel with different stakeholders.
- Background in digital product delivery with process setup from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control deadlines, budget, and project risks.
- Manage requirements and delivery artifacts (BRD, PRD, backlog).
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and decision makers.
- Keep documentation and reporting structured and up to date.
- Adapt and improve team processes to maintain delivery productivity.
